Belongings inventoried, packed, moved and stored safely during restoration, then cleaned and returned when your home is ready.
Restoration work is hard on belongings. Demolition dust, drying equipment and cleaning chemicals do not mix with furniture and keepsakes. Moving contents out protects them and gives crews room to work.
We inventory items room by room with photographs, wrap and box them carefully and move them to a clean, secure storage facility. Items that need cleaning or restoration are sent to our cleaning team. When your home is ready, we deliver everything back and put it where you want it. A good pack-out protects your belongings in two ways: it keeps them away from demolition dust and moisture, and it makes it easy to find what you need later. We pack by room, label every box, wrap furniture in padding and keep a running inventory with photographs. If you need something while you are away from home, such as medication, documents or school supplies, let us know and we will find it quickly.
Every box is labeled and listed, and photographs record the condition before the move. This protects you and speeds up any claim.
Belongings are stored in a clean, dry, secure space and kept organized for easy return.
Items that were affected by smoke or water are cleaned while in storage. We bring them back and set up where you choose.
Keep medications, important papers, jewelry and chargers with you. We pack the rest.
