Smoke smell removed at the source with cleaning, air scrubbing and thermal fogging or hydroxyl treatment where appropriate.
Smoke odor is made of tiny particles that cling to every surface and sink into porous materials. Spray fresheners cover it for a day. Real removal takes cleaning, air treatment and sometimes the removal of materials that hold the smell.
We find where the odor lives, clean those surfaces and then treat the air with HEPA scrubbers and, where appropriate, thermal fogging or hydroxyl generators. We retest by smell and by inspection, and we tell you honestly if a material needs to be replaced.
Odor hides in carpet, insulation, upholstery and ducts. We check each, because treating the air without cleaning the source brings the smell back.
Thermal fogging releases a deodorizing vapor that follows smoke into small spaces. Hydroxyl generators work over days and are safe for occupied spaces in some cases. We choose based on the job.
Some materials hold odor permanently. Sealing primer or replacing them is the dependable fix, and we explain when that applies.
Heavy odors can need multiple treatments and a day or two for air to settle. We recheck and treat again if needed.
