Air handlers, coils and ducts cleaned after mold, smoke or water damage so clean air is what actually reaches your rooms.
A heating and cooling system moves air through your entire house. If mold, soot or dust gets into the ducts, it can be spread to every room. Condensation, water damage or a leaking coil can all feed growth inside the system.
We inspect the air handler, coil, drain pan and ducts, clean them with negative air and brush-and-vacuum methods and replace filters. We also look for why moisture is present, such as a blocked drain or poor insulation, so the problem does not come back.
After smoke, mold or flood events, ducts hold residue that blows back into clean rooms. Cleaning the room without the ducts leaves the source in place.
The cooling coil and drain pan are damp by design. Blocked drains and dirty coils grow mold. Cleaning and keeping them clear is a big part of the job.
Ducts are cleaned under negative air with agitation tools and HEPA vacuums, so debris is captured and not blown into the house.
Changing filters on schedule and having the system serviced yearly keeps coils and ducts cleaner. Keep the drain line clear.

There is no fixed schedule. Clean them after a loss, when you see growth or heavy debris, or after construction.
