Smoke, pet, mildew, cooking and sewage odors removed at the source with cleaning, air treatment and sealers.
Odors do not go away because we spray something. They are caused by particles and gases that cling to surfaces and sink into porous materials. Real removal means finding and removing the source, cleaning the surfaces and treating the air.
We trace the smell, clean what we can, remove what we cannot, then treat the air with HEPA scrubbers, hydroxyl generators or thermal fogging where suitable. If a material holds odor, we explain the choice between sealing and replacing. Odor work is detective work. We check floors, wall cavities, ducts, under sinks and behind appliances, and we use moisture readings and a careful nose to narrow down the source. Once found, the source is cleaned, treated or removed. Only then does air treatment make sense, because deodorizing a room while a damp, smelly material is still in it will not last.
Smells come from carpet, subfloors, ducts or hidden water. If the source stays, the smell stays.
Sewage, smoke, mildew and pet urine each respond to different methods. We choose what fits your situation.
Some materials hold odor permanently. Sealing primer or replacement is the reliable fix, and we say so honestly.
Fresh air, dry surfaces and clean filters keep odors from returning. Remove the source first.
